Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products are made to order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Customized or personalized products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at espinapata@icloud.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as all products are made specifically for each customer.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Studio Spin will cover the cost of the replacement or refund.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
