1. Products

All products are made to order through print-on-demand production.

Because of this process, slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change without notice.

The price charged is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

7. Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

8. Intellectual Property

All designs and artworks remain the exclusive property of the artist/brand and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France
