RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Customers may request assistance if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

and include photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.


Refunds

Refunds may be granted when:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Replacements

When possible, Studio Espin may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Because many products are created on demand, personalized or custom-made items cannot generally be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
