Julian Espinosa has been a traveler since he was young — moving between continents, between languages, immersed in different cultures and societies before he ever called himself an artist. That early movement became the material of his practice: painting, photography, and digital reworking as ways of holding onto what changes when the ground beneath you does.
Each piece in this collection carries its own place and city — a specific street, a specific light. But together they trace something larger: what it means to keep making a home out of movement, and to keep translating memory across languages and cultures that don't always agree with each other.
